Personal Best welcomes the opportunity to offer services to children.
It’s important to us that they learn healthy, good grooming habits at
a young age. For our clients whose children are not receiving services,
please keep in mind that Personal Best is a place of relaxation and
de-stressing and not a place for children who are not under the
control of their parents. We consider your visit at Personal Best as
your own personal escape from the high energy of unattended children.
We hope you will feel the same.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the fact that your appointments are reserved service times,
we require a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. We will be taking
credit card information and for clients who do not cancel an appointment
with 24 hours notice, credit cards will be billed for 100% of the
service scheduled. Thank you for understanding.

Parking & Entrances
|
|
As we continue to grow parking may appear tight. However you will find
ample parking surrounding Utopia Place. Please do not park in front of
the convenience store. There are several entrances available. You may
enter on the far right and left of Utopia Place (when you’re facing the
front of the building), beneath the awnings. The second floor takes you
directly into the Bistro. There is also an entrance facing the back parking lot.

Cell Phones
|

In consideration for clients who are relaxing and escaping, we ask
that you place your cell phone on vibrate. If you need to use your
cell phone, please go to a public area like our Bistro or Gift Shop.
