Corrective Hair Coloring is a specialty of Personal Best. This type of color treatment requires a great deal of expertise and often may include the use of many products. It is priced accordingly. If additional conditioning or a specific solution is necessary due to damaged or chemically treated hair, or if hair is extraordinarily long or thick, requiring additional time and solution, prices will vary. |
