New Salon Protocol

Due to the nature of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the way it is spread from person to person it is required we follow a new protocol  for the safety of our staff and guests. Thank you for your understanding and being a part of the effort to stop the spread.

HEALTH CHECK AND
PRE-SCREENING

Health checks and pre-screening. Please stay home if you have a temperature, feel ill, or have been around anyone that has been sick or have traveled outside MA, NH, ME, CT, VT, RI, NY, NJ and HI in the last 14 days. If you have traveled outside of the above locations within the last 14 days we ask that you reschedule your appointment or provide a current negative Covid-19 test. We will have a thermometer available when you enter the salon and we will have to refuse service if you have a temperature or are expressing symptoms.

MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED

A mask must be worn for the entire service. You are welcome to bring your own or we can supply you with one for $3 (while supplies last). If you refuse to wear a mask we will have to refuse service.

PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING

We will be spacing out our guests throughout the salon to keep a safe distance of at least 6ft from others. No one will be permitted to wait in the salon in our common areas.

STAY IN YOUR CAR

When you arrive at the salon for your appointment please stay in your car. We need that time to prepare for your visit and sanitize our stations. We will call you when it is time to come in, and we will meet you at the door of the salon. It is very important that we have your current cell phone number on record, if you think that we need to update your contact information, please call or email us.

WASH YOUR HANDS

Please wash your hands before the start of our service. We will provide hand sanitizer that will need to be used before and after the service.

SANITIZATION COSTS

Because of the added expenses of PPE, extended appointment times, and cost of cleaning supplies there will be a small fee of $4 to help with the cost burden.
